Candied yuzu and candied ginger — two things you've definitely never seen in a granola before, and now you'll never go back. The yuzu brings a bright citrus note, the ginger brings the warmth, and together they make something that genuinely shouldn't work this well. Brilliant on yoghurt, brilliant at midnight, brilliant always.
Granola can be picked up either:
- Friday afternoon 2:00-4:00pm in Wong Chuk Hang
- Saturday/Sunday afternoon 2:30-5:30pm in Happy Valley
