What is fun kee scoops?

We're building an ice cream company from scratch. Insane? Maybe. But it will be delicious.

When and how can I order?

Every Monday at 10am, we open orders for a fresh batch of treats (new flavors each week because we like to keep things interesting!). Orders close Tuesday 8pm - or earlier if we sell out.

Choose between Friday pick up at our Wong Chuk Hang kitchen, or weekend pickup in Happy Valley. Easy as pie (which might show up on the menu one day...).

What are the delivery and pickup options?

We've kept it simple:

• Self-pickup: Friday 2:30-5:00 in Wong Chuk Hang.

• Self-pickup: Saturday or Sunday, 2:30-5:30pm in Happy Valley

You'll choose your preferred slot when selecting the item. The exact address for pick up will be shared in an email once the purchase has been made✨

When will my order be ready?

Everything's baked fresh on your day! We'll message you 24-48 hours before delivery/pick up to reconfirm details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes and cancellations welcome until Tuesday 8pm. After that, those ingredients are on a one-way trip to becoming treats! Drop us a message if you need help - we'll do our best, but no promises! We can’t modify orders once ingredients are prepped.

What if I miss my pickup time?

If you're running late,Ā drop us a message!

Friends are welcome to pickup on your behalf (just share the order number and details). But heads up - no-show orders find new homes (via donation) and we don't process refunds.

When will you be selling ice cream publicly?

Tentatively, we're looking at late May 2026.

Now that we have our machines, we're setting up the kitchen so that's it's ready for FEHD inspection. If all goes well, our license to sell ice cream will come in May, and we'll be fully open to the public then.
